Terms of Use
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms are between you and [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY] (“we”, “us”), who provides CNRFLD. By using the app you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why.
The service
CNRFLD lets you save links, follow sites and, if you choose, sync your library between your own devices. It’s free and needs no account. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop the sync service, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice in the app, and your library stays on your devices.
Your library
What you save is yours. You give us only the permission we need to store and send it between your devices. Keep your own copies of anything important: the app can export your library as a backup file at any time.
Anyone with one of your linked devices can see and change your synced library, so link only devices you trust, and remove any you lose.
Fair use
Please don’t:
- use CNRFLD for anything unlawful, or to store or spread unlawful material;
- try to get into libraries or devices that aren’t yours, or to guess codes;
- overload, probe or disrupt the service, or get round its limits;
- copy, resell or misrepresent the service as your own.
We may limit or remove access for anyone who does, and remove libraries used to break the law.
Other sites
The links you save and the sites you follow belong to others. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they contain.
No guarantees
We work to keep CNRFLD reliable, but it’s provided as it is and as available, without promises that it will always work, be error-free or keep every change. Sync relies on the internet and on services we don’t control.
Liability
As CNRFLD is free, to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.
App stores
If you got CNRFLD from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies. Apple and Google aren’t responsible for the app or its support.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll say so in the app before it takes effect. You can stop using CNRFLD at any time by turning off sync, deleting the synced library and deleting the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and its courts can settle disputes. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you can also rely on your local consumer law and courts.
